What is the pickup procedure?
If your not at home leave your laundry on your doorstep.Then we will notify you when we pick your laundry up.
What type of soaps do you utilize?
We prioritize health by using high-end, skin-safe detergents. WE use tide,dreft,whoollite ,all and a plant base soap that we also recomend.
How should I organize my items?
Empty your pockets and place delicate fabrics in a separate bag. If you have clothes that require cold water or air-drying, please mark those bags clearly so our team knows. We recomend no clothes heavily soild with pain or any hazrdous chemicals and unpleasurable stains.
